Attorney Sarah Baldwin is a native Oregonian who enjoys spending time with family, traveling and a wide range of outdoor activities. She attended Umpqua Community College (AA), Portland State University (BA Psychology) and Willamette University College of Law (JD), and has practiced family law in Salem, Albany and surrounding areas for over 20 years.

Hi, I am Angela, Sarah's Legal Assistant and I wanted to tell you a little about me; in 2009 I was a young mother going through a custody battle. I was scared and had no clue about how the court system worked or what I could expect so I started school at Pioneer Pacific where I would graduate in 2011 with my associate's in paralegal/legal assistant and my bachelor's in legal studies in 2013. Through my own life experiences, I was drawn to family law which has been my primary focus for the last 14 years. I am keenly aware of how each client feels and how important the issues in family law are. I am now married to my husband Ryan, and we have a beautifully blended house with 5 children. We spend our free time hunting, camping and anything that involves the outdoors.

Born and raised in the Willamette Valley, I received my Paralegal Studies AAS from Umpqua Community College where I graduated top of my class with full honors. I have always been drawn to the law since a young child, watching black & white reruns of the show 'Matlock'. After receiving my first college degree, I worked in asset recovery for the State of Oregon where I gained substantial experience working with various Oregon administrative agencies and yet felt unfulfilled and felt a call on my heart to serve my community in real and tangible ways. I decided to return to school to gain my paralegal degree to help families and, most especially, young children in my community. I have always had a big heart for children. Before becoming a mom to my own three beautiful children, I have been an aunt to over 20 nieces and nephews, I helped develop and launch a SMART (Start Making A Reader Today) program in small public elementary schools in the Eugene School District, I routinely volunteer my time with my local church providing and serving meals to homeless youth in Eugene, I volunteer helping local high school students complete their financial aid paperwork to help pay for college, and sew quilts to be distributed at Ronald McDonald Houses to children and their families undergoing medical treatment amongst many other personal and community outreach projects. In my free time, I enjoy live music and coast trips with my family where we love to build sandcastles, rockhound, and explore the beautiful state that we live in.
